A complementary therapy with a growing clinical reputation. Reflexology is used in the treatment of many conditions :- Fertility problems, hormonal and urinary problems, Arthritis, migraines, stress and anxiety, kidney stones and many more. The treatment works on the principle that all areas of the body are reflected in the feet. The Reflexologist will get to know you and any issues you may be experiencing and through examining and assessing the feet will design a treatment plan. Pressure through the thumbs, fingers and knuckles is applied to all areas of the feet. Clients usually feel a sense of lightness and calmness and some even fall asleep. Others experience tingling in the referral areas of the body that are being worked on through the feet. Following the session the Reflexologist will discuss the treatment and your response to it and will suggest possible further treatments.
